While we do our best to ensure that all item(s) supplied to our customer are in good condition, we strongly advise you to check the item(s) upon receipt and file any issues with us immediately to avoid any possible dispute.

 

1) Products can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.

 

2) Products sold at special price due to existing defect(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

3) Play-A-Making is not liable for any accidental or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.

 

4) Due to the nature of mass manufactured product, there may be slight discrepancies of in our given measurements, as such the variance may not be considered as a major defect.

 

5) We regret that we will not be able to make exchanges for wrong kit/sizes ordered.

 

The returned item(s) must be (unless originally defective upon receipt):-

(a) unworn;

(b) unwashed;

(c) undamaged;

(d) brand new, unused with tags/labels attached.

 

Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

 

We regret that we will not be able to process a exchange or refund if your item(s) is:-

(a) worn;

(b) washed;

(c) damaged;

(d) used with tags/labels cut.

 

All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting requests for exchanges if items(s) are not returned in a saleable condition and/or is damaged.

 

***Play-A-Making shall not be held responsible for discoloration, wear & tear, peeling, shrinking or any other kinds permanent damage(s) on your jersey(s) due to your washing, mishandling or extended use.***
